As I already said previously, I biked from Cincinnati, Ohio - Washington D.C. to raise money and awareness to stop human trafficking. I rode with a team from Venture Expeditions, which is a Christian organization that hosts bike rides, hikes and runs to raise awareness as well as funds for a particular organization. There was 25 more peoplon this tour. This bike ride was about 500 miles. The proceeds went to a Christian organization called International Justice Mission (I am still collecting money and all the money I collect will go directly to stop human trafficking!). Last year IJM freed thousands of slaves. International Justice Mission is a human rights agency that brings rescue to victims of slavery, sexual exploitation and other forms of violent oppression the purpose of this trip was to 1. Raise awareness of human trafficking. During this ride we stopped at churches and talked about human trafficking. 2. Raise funds to stop human trafficking. I needed about $5,000 dollars to be able to go on this trip but because of some generous donars I was able to collect that money. I am still collecting money; everything I collect will go directly to stop humnan trafficking. This bike ride begun on July 12th and went through the 23rd.
